The Opportunity

This is an entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in recruitment and sales.

No previous recruitment experience is required. We provide structured training, mentorship, and hands-on support from day one. What we do look for is ambition, resilience, confidence, and a strong work ethic.

You will learn how to manage the full recruitment process, build client relationships, source specialist technology talent, and eventually run your own recruitment desk independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with technology companies and hiring managers across the U.S.
    • Source, engage, and qualify candidates within specialist technology markets
    • Manage recruitment processes from initial brief through to placement
    • Develop and grow your own client and candidate network
    • Work towards individual sales and performance targets within a fast-paced environment

Training & Progression

We back our training with a clear structure and hands-on support from experienced consultants and managers.

From the beginning, you will receive direct mentorship and a defined ramp-up period before managing your own desk independently.

Typical progression:

  • 0–12 months | Trainee Consultant
    Learning the fundamentals, shadowing experienced consultants, and making placements with support
  • 12–18 months | Consultant
    Managing your own recruitment processes and developing your client base
  • 18 months+ | Senior Consultant & Beyond
    Leading key accounts, mentoring new team members, and helping drive business growth
